From: Bukavu,
Democratic Republic of Congo
Age: 21
I answer to the name of Basizi Michel Micho. I was born in Bukavu on 30/10/1999 and am the 3rd child of the family of BASIZI RAMAZANI Robert and NZIGIRE BASHOMBANA Esther. I live in the province of North Kivu, precisely in the city of Goma, where I was pursuing photography training at CAMME in LENS on LIFE. I tried to earn a living in different ways, despite being young, I trained as a mechanic for 4 months including 2 months in the garage of my father SOMENKI de Bukavu and 2 months in the Garage CRH Uvira. My dad left us on 13/10/2016 and I started to look for jobs in the city to see how I could provide myself with food and clothing.
I forced myself to have the maximum grades in primary school where I was always either the 1st or the first 5th of the class. In high school, my percentages went down because of the living conditions that our father made us suffer until the point where these problems traumatized us. Due to poor payment of school fees, I lost the school of my dreams and was forces to be a mechanic.
Today I feel like the most perfect man, the most ideal in the world since I am a professional photographer. I worked all kinds of trades that came before me, I fought the challenges with my brother Bonheur for a better future of our little brothers and sisters. We had a difficult life because of the disputes between my father and my mother. They decided to part for a while and this became an obstacle for us children because we were deprived of the absence of our father for a long time. Because of the arguments of our parents, I did not have the chance to stay in their hands for a long time.
